Our company is producing leakproofing seals in various styles for tank lids in which materials as oil and gasoline is carried. In production of these seals nitrile rubber is used which is strong against Gasoline etc.Nitrile Rubber(NBR) is an elastomer material mostly used at automotive sector. Our company is producing with no connection-unique pieces between DN150 mm-DN 400 mm for tank lids.The seal has strong leakproof character because it isi made of high quality elastomer material.The seal used between metal lids will prevent corrosion.It will ensure long life because it is made of strong elastomer which is harmonic with oil,gasoline,etc. Koroglu Kaucuk has taken her first step to the sector by producing rubber materials under the name 'Koroglu Tyres' at Motorised Vehicles Industry Territory in 1971. Our company which has densed on concrete pipe leakproof seals and tyre dilataion materials since the beginning of her foundation has become a brand now by the construction sector in whole country. Today our company is running her activities at 4000 square meter closed and 1500 square meter open area at .Organised Industry Territory.Our company is working on firstly EPDM and also NR,NBC,CR,SBR,Silicon,Vitone and Butile rubber types. Koroglu Kaucuk has a wide product line answering from construction sector to industrial sector.But mostly she produces various rubber irons and concrete pipe seals.For this reason EPDM rubber cover the most works of the company. Koroglu Kaucuk has a capacity of processing paste 25,000MT/year;a capacity of processing rubber iron 20.000 MT/year and a capacity of processing seal 2,500,000 pieces/year. Especially for concrete pipe seals ;Koroglu Kaucuk covers a great portion of Turkey market but also exports her products to many Europe countries mostly Germany. Besides Koroglu Kaucuk has TSE EN 681-1 Quality Certificate,we work also with K_Q TSE EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality System.
